4 | Dewaxing & Firing | Remove wax using steam; fire the shell at high temperatures |
5 | Metal Pouring (Casting) | Pour molten metal into shell molds; allow controlled cooling |
6 | Shell Removal & Cleaning | Break off ceramic shell; clean and sandblast or pickle the castings |
7 | CNC Machining & Threading | Precision machining, thread cutting (BSPT/NPT/BSPP) |
8 | Inspection | Perform dimensional, visual, thread, and optional PMI or pressure tests |
9 | Surface Treatment | Pickling, passivation, polishing or electroplating |
