On November 30, 2000, Hongcun was inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. It is one of the first 12 national famous historical and cultural villages in China, a national key cultural relic protection unit, a patriotic education base in Anhui Province and a national 5A-level scenic spot.

The buildings in Hongcun town are mainly residences and private gardens, but there are also public facilities such as study halls and ancestral halls, and the architectural groups are relatively complete. All kinds of buildings pay attention to carving, and the wood, brick and stone carvings are exquisite and have great artistic value. Most of the streets and alleys in the village are built near the water, and the residential houses are laid out around the Moon Marsh.

Most of the houses are two courtyards, and some of them even bring the canal water into the house, forming a water courtyard and opening up a fish pond. Hongcun ancient dwelling group is a typical representative of Huizhou-style architecture, with more than four hundred and forty Ming and Qing dwellings still intact.

Conquering Huangshan

Huangshan Mountain, one of the ten most famous mountains in China, the world's first mountain. Located in Huangshan City, southern Anhui Province, there are 72 peaks, the main peak of Lotus Peak 1864 meters above sea level, and Bright Peak, Tiandu Peak and known as the three main peaks of Huangshan, one of the 36 peaks.

Huangshan is the symbol of Anhui tourism, is China's top ten scenic spots the only mountain scenery. Now it is a world cultural and natural double heritage, world geological park, national AAAA tourist attraction, national scenic spot and national civilized scenic tourist area demonstration site.

The representative landscape of Huangshan Mountain has "five greats and three waterfalls", five greats: strange pines, strange rocks, sea of clouds, hot springs, winter snow; three waterfalls: human waterfall, Baizhang Spring, Jiulong Waterfall. Huangshan welcoming pine is a symbol of the warmth and friendliness of Anhui people, carrying the oriental etiquette culture of embracing the world.
