Take Off, 2024

On February 17, 2024 (the eighth day of the first month of the lunar calendar), SMLSCO held a groundbreaking ceremony with the theme "take off, 2024" to gather new momentum, start a new journey, plan a new chapter, empower new capabilities, and motivate our partners to meet the challenges of the new year with fuller enthusiasm.

The groundbreaking ceremony included newcomers' report, gardening activities, and New Year's speech. In the most expected garden activity, the three links of knowledge quiz, pot throwing and rolling not only enhance the teamwork ability, show the wisdom and tacit understanding of the partners, but also let the staff meet the new work challenges in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. 

Then Mr. Hua expressed his high hope for the future development of SMLSCO. He emphasized the need for product diversification in business to truly achieve more, faster, better and more economical all-round development; both cooperation and competition in the team to create a benign working environment. In the face of the update of the company's values, he encouraged all staff to be refined, pure and transparent, embrace change, sincere and trustworthy, and strive to break the comfort zone, and work together to give full play to the creative spirit of the team, contributing to the company's efforts to build a learning organization.

Mr. Hua emphasized why he chose to make changes during the harsh economic winter, explained the strategic thinking of "grow roots against the trend, and wait for two years to grow with the trend", and encouraged the staff to go forward.

The "take off, 2024" ceremony is not only the starting point of one year's work of SMLSCO, but also an important moment for all the members to face the challenges of the future together. We hope that our little ones will strive to break through, challenge themselves and discover more potential!
