For PIPE & TUBE: We use three types of protection: casing caps, packaging in woven bags and wooden crates, and reinforcement with dowels.

For FLANGE: Each flange is supplied with a surface protector and individual bubble bags before being packed in wooden crates. The surface of the flange will not be damaged during transport.

All inspection results and loading process will be documented with photographs to fulfil your traceability requirements.​​​​​​​

Solid billets are inspected and cleared of surface defects, cut to the required length, centred on the perforated end of the billet, then sent to a heating furnace for heating and perforated on a perforating machine. 
In the perforation while constantly rotating and advancing, in the rollers and the role of the top head, the internal cavity of the billet gradually formed, called the gross tube. 
Then sent to the automatic tube rolling machine to continue rolling. Finally, the wall thickness is evenly adjusted by an equalizing machine, and the diameter is fixed by a sizing machine to meet the specifications.
