1. Heat treatment
Solid solution is a process of changing the metallographic structure by heating, maintaining and cooling the product in a solid melting furnace, so that various components in the product are fully dissolved and strengthened, stress relief and softening are eliminated, and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are improved.
2. Pickling
The product is soaked in a fully automatic closed smoke-free pickling tank to produce a passivation film on the surface of the product, enhance corrosion resistance, and remove oil, grease, dirt and oxides.
3. Straightening
It is to put the product into the special equipment of lengthening and rolling vertical or horizontal, and make continuous linear rotation motion, so that the product is subjected to compression, bending, flattening and deformation, and finally reaches the standard of roundness and straightness of the product.
4. Pipe cutting
Make the product through semi-automatic positioning, cutting special equipment to meet the length requirements and standards required by customers.
5. Cold drawn
It is a processing technology of the product. Use the plasticity of the product to change the shape and certain mechanical properties of the product. Compared with thermoforming, it has the advantage of high dimensional accuracy.
6.Deoil
The product is passed through the automatic degreasing equipment, and the inner and outer surfaces are degreasing to prevent less carburization during the heat treatment process and reduce the corrosion performance of the product.
7. Grinding
Through internal and external mold repairing equipment and automatic polishing equipment, the internal and external surface defects of the blank are repaired to achieve the aesthetics of the product.
8. Wall thickness measurement
Through the ultrasonic thickness gauge, the blank is measured in all directions, so as to facilitate the trimming and make the product better achieve the uniformity of the wall thickness.
9. Cold rolling
It is an advanced process of changing the shape of the product through a high-precision automatic cold rolling mill at high temperature. It has fast forming speed, high output, and does not damage the coating, making the product more perfect.
10. Tensile test
The product is subjected to a fracture test by a universal testing machine to detect the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the product to ensure that the product quality meets the standards.
11. Nondestructive testing
Through the ultrasonic eddy current integrated machine flaw detection equipment, the products are subjected to 360° all-round non-destructive testing to ensure product quality.
12. Hydrostatic test
The water injection pressure test is carried out on the inside of the product through hydraulic equipment, and the internal pressure resistance of the product is non-destructively tested to ensure that the product quality meets international standards.
13. Impact test
Tested by impact test equipment, the toughness, brittleness and safety, reliability and effectiveness of the product when subjected to external force sprint under normal and low temperature and extreme low temperature.
