Coiled Tubing, as a metal pipe with continuous laying capability, plays an important role in core processes such as oil drilling, downhole operations, and chemical injection. Compared with traditional straight pipes, it has higher installation efficiency, stronger sealing performance and good cost control capabilities, and is also widely used in instrumentation and chemical industries with high precision requirements.
MTSCO's Siri Tubing has the ability to manufacture welded coils in accordance with multiple international standards such as ASTM, EN, and DIN, and focuses on the in-depth application of N08825 materials. We recently delivered a batch of ASTM B704 N08825 welded coils with a specification of 12.7×1.65mm and a single coil length of 4,200 meters, which have been well received by customers in actual applications.
To ensure excellent material performance and product consistency, the Siri Tubing factory strictly controls the selection of raw materials, purchases high-quality raw materials from well-known steel mills such as POSCO, Outokumpu, and TSINGSHAN, and controls quality through dual verification by MTC and PMI. In terms of technology, it covers key steps such as welding, cold drawing, bright annealing and plastic sealing. The entire process is strictly supervised by senior engineers and QC teams, and a complete traceability system is achieved with the help of process cards.
All welded coils must pass 100% water pressure test (normally 40MPa, up to 100MPa), supplemented by UT, ET, HT and other flaw detection tests; independent testing and certification by international third-party organizations such as SGS, TUV, BV, etc. are also welcome. MTSCO will continue to leverage its material technology advantages to provide reliable N08825 coil solutions for corrosive environments.
N08825 alloy coil has excellent corrosion resistance, can effectively resist chloride ions, acidic media and high temperature and high pressure environment, and is widely used in harsh scenes such as offshore platforms, sour gas wells and chemical injection systems.
