In late April, S and Phoebe finalised the contract and out of caution for their first collaboration, S asked his good friend E from home to come on site to the SMLSCO warehouse. In fact, the site visit didn't go so well.
Due to the unfortunate encounter with a typhoon, and the fact that Wenzhou is a coastal city, this had a considerable impact on the production and processing of seamless stainless steel pipes, which had not yet been warehoused.
After communication and coordination, the site visit was finally completed successfully. Although there were some twists and turns in the process, our positive and sincere attitude was recognized by S in the end.
During the execution of this order, Phoebe regularly communicated with S and updated him on the progress of the order. In the process Phoebe also kept him updated on price changes in China and other news, a move that fully demonstrated SMLSCO's serious and responsible attitude.
It was very pleasing to see that the production and delivery of the shipment went very smoothly, with the final 17 tonnes arriving in the Philippines and being delivered to S.
