Multi pass cold drawing finishing: Through continuous cold drawing and intermediate annealing, the grain size of the pipe is refined, and the strength is increased by more than 15%; The final dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ± 0.05 mm, with an inner surface roughness of ≤ 0.8 µ m, fully ensuring the reliability of heavy wall pipes in high-pressure sealing situations and providing more competitive spot selection for inventory suppliers.
310S Material Properties: TP310S contains 25% Cr and 20% Ni, delivering oxidation resistance up to 1100 °C alongside high-temperature strength and chloride corrosion resistance. Its low-carbon formulation minimizes high-temperature sensitization risks, making it ideal for prolonged high-pressure/high-temperature cyclic environments.
