Production Process

This product adopts a seven step process of perforation → multi pass cold drawing → solution annealing → acid pickling and passivation → eddy current testing → straightening → finished product inspection. Each step is precisely controlled by CNC equipment to ensure dimensional consistency, wall thickness uniformity, and inner wall cleanliness, meeting the requirements of distributors for high compliance and high turnover inventory.

Multi pass cold drawing finishing: Through continuous cold drawing and intermediate annealing, the grain size of the pipe is refined, and the strength is increased by more than 15%; The final dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ± 0.05 mm, with an inner surface roughness of ≤ 0.8 µ m, fully ensuring the reliability of heavy wall pipes in high-pressure sealing situations and providing more competitive spot selection for inventory suppliers.

Material Properties & Applications

310S Material Properties: TP310S contains 25% Cr and 20% Ni, delivering oxidation resistance up to 1100 °C alongside high-temperature strength and chloride corrosion resistance. Its low-carbon formulation minimizes high-temperature sensitization risks, making it ideal for prolonged high-pressure/high-temperature cyclic environments. This provides distributors with reliable off-the-shelf solutions for demanding applications.
