Higher Strength: Seamless pipe is manufactured by stretching a billet through a mold at high temperatures, resulting in a denser grain structure with no welds present. This makes seamless pipe typically stronger and more pressure resistant than welded pipe.
Better corrosion resistance: Since seamless pipe has no welds, there are no cracks, pores or other defects at the welds when the medium flows through, thus reducing the possibility of infiltration and corrosion of the medium inside the pipe and improving its corrosion resistance.
Higher temperature resistance: Seamless pipes are usually better able to withstand high temperature and high pressure conditions due to the nature of their manufacturing process. This gives seamless pipes an advantage in situations where stable operation in high temperature environments is required for extended periods of time.
Better Appearance and Surface Quality: Seamless tubes have a smooth surface and a more pleasing appearance. This is important for applications that require a high level of appearance, such as decorative architecture and automotive manufacturing

Most of the seamless pipe production areas in China have implemented a policy of power and production restrictions, which will have a huge impact on China's seamless pipe production capacity as well as delivery schedules, so prepare your inventory earlier this year than in previous years will be better.
