We shorten lead times by reducing costs through inventory. For PIPE and TUBE, as the production cycle is very long, we stock finished products. For FLANGE and FITTING, although the lead time is short, there is a shortage of blanks which affects lead time and order cost, so we choose to stock the raw material of FLANGE and FITTING - blanks.
