Every TP347 pipe undergoes PMI verification, full-length ultrasonic testing (UT), and random X-ray inspection on tube ends, complemented by 100% visual and dimensional checks. Complete inspection photos and reports accompany shipments, enabling distributors to expedite warehouse acceptance and provide downstream clients with verifiable quality certification.
SMLSCO maintains 2,000 tons of seamless pipe inventory with ample Sch80 TP347 large-diameter stock, deliverable within two weeks. Bulk sourcing of premium raw materials reduces costs, while ISO+PED compliance eliminates duplicate testing. Our three-tier QC system with per-tube documentation guarantees consistent performance - empowering distributors to achieve rapid turnover with controlled risks.

Large-diameter pipes:
All wooden packaging complies with ISPM-15 standards for direct entry into automated US/EU warehouses. This transport-optimized solution minimizes impact/corrosion risks, ensuring products arrive shelf-ready at customer facilities.
TP347 austenitic stainless steel features niobium stabilization for superior intergranular corrosion resistance in 800-950°C environments, particularly in coal-fired and biomass power plants. Its high chromium content (17-19%) enables sustained oxidation resistance at 900°C, while niobium carbides prevent sensitization during prolonged thermal cycling.
The alloy maintains excellent creep strength (>1000h stress rupture at 600°C) and resists stress corrosion cracking in high-chloride flue gas condensates. These properties make it ideal for superheater tubes, boiler headers, and high-temperature piping where cyclic thermal stresses occur. Combined with proven weldability and fabricability, TP347 delivers extended service life in aggressive power generation applications.
