ASTM A182 F316L Stainless Steel Loose Flange PN16 DN150
Product Specifications
SMLSCO provides stainless steel forged loose flanges that comply with ASTM A182 standards, support a variety of international standard interfaces, and are suitable for a wide range of industrial piping systems. The conventional sizes are complete, and the pressure levels cover PN, Class and other systems to meet the supporting needs of various projects.
Chemical Composition / Mechanical Properties
F316L has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical stability. The main components include: C≤0.03%, Cr 16-18%, Ni 10-14%, Mo 2-3%. Tensile strength ≥485MPa, yield strength ≥170MPa, elongation ≥30%. Low carbon properties effectively improve welding performance and reduce the risk of intergranular corrosion.
Factory & Company Strength
SMLSCO has one-stop forging and processing production capabilities. The factory covers all aspects of forging blank preparation, forging forming, turning finishing, heat treatment and testing. 500 tons of flange blanks are in stock, and we can quickly support the delivery of non-standard and inventory orders. We have passed the PED, ISO, and NORSOK M-650 certification systems.
Key Process Highlight — Forging & Heat Treatment
The flange adopts free forging process to ensure dense structure and excellent mechanical properties. After forging, solid solution annealing treatment eliminates stress and improves corrosion resistance. Multiple machining processes control the surface size and finish to ensure stable sealing performance and meet the long-term service needs of high-demand pipeline systems.
Inspection Methods
SMLSCO implements a strict inspection process before delivery. The dimensions and appearance are checked piece by piece, and key information is coded for traceability. PMI material spectrum analysis, ultrasonic flaw detection (UT), penetrant testing (PT) and third-party witness inspection can be provided according to customer needs to ensure that each batch of flanges meets the project specification requirements.
