On September 1, the finals of the inaugural AI Innovation Competition, co-hosted by Feishu and MT Holding Group, took place. Eight teams took the stage in turn, with members hailing from diverse roles such as business, marketing, HR, and documentation.
From document and data processing, streamlining technical data verification, and designing onboarding training to using AI for industry information curation and codifying content creation expertise—every project topic stemmed from real-world challenges encountered in daily work. Participants started with familiar work scenarios, broke down problems into specific tasks, and leveraged AI to build practical tools and systems. The level of polish and the tangible value of the entries consistently impressed the judges and the audience.
The judges and special guests were experts in fields such as enterprise digitalization, AI applications, the industrial internet, and technical product development. They posed professional questions and offered constructive suggestions for improvement regarding each entry. Discussions covering everything from data accuracy and the scope of AI application to system security and practical utility provided the teams with fresh ideas for further optimization.
Ultimately, the first-prize winner was a team composed of employees who had joined the company only about three months prior. Despite their short tenure, they successfully translated their learning process into a comprehensive solution, completing demonstrations, testing, and multiple rounds of iteration.
The takeaways from this competition extended far beyond the awards themselves.
Newcomers dared to propose their own solutions; employees with no prior development experience built tools firsthand; and those previously unfamiliar with AI were willing to learn proactively to solve specific problems. Once the projects were completed, the teams went through testing, addressed challenges, refined their work, and shared effective methods with their colleagues.
For an industrial enterprise, product quality, inventory management, inspection, and delivery form the foundation of customer service. The teams' ability to master new tools, rapidly solve problems, and continuously improve their workflows directly impacts the efficiency and experience of every collaboration.
From identifying problems and attempting solutions to continuous optimization, this competition demonstrated the power of proactive learning and employee growth.
